Dr. M. Garthick Arivudainambi

MBBS, DDVL — Government of India approved dermatologist, venereologist and cosmetologist. With years of clinical experience and ongoing training in advanced aesthetic medicine, Dr. Garthick founded Rajamouli Skin & Cosmetology Clinic in 2020 with a single mission: bring metro-grade skin care to the people of Tenkasi and the wider Tirunelveli–Kanyakumari belt — without the metro waiting room and without the metro markup.

His patient-first approach focuses on listening before prescribing, explaining every option clearly, and choosing the most effective — not always the most expensive — treatment for each individual.

Built in Tenkasi, for Tenkasi

Established in 2020, Rajamouli Skin & Cosmetology Clinic was founded with the belief that quality dermatology should not require a trip to Chennai, Madurai or Coimbatore. Right here on Tenkasi–Madurai Main Road, near the New Bus Stand, we built a calm, modern clinic where advanced laser systems, evidence-based protocols and a kind, attentive team work together for one outcome — healthy skin and renewed confidence.
